Cysts Right Ovary: Cyst 1: Mean value: 18 mm. D1: 21 mm. D2: 17 mm. D3: 17 mm. Volume: 3 ml. Simple cyst. Cyst 2: Mean value: 24 mm. D1: 24 mm. D2: 25 mm. D3: 22 mm. Volume: 7 ml. Simple cyst. Left Ovary: normal. Left Ovary size: 24 mm x 17 mm x 23 mm. Volume: 4.9 ml. Cul de Sac / Pouch of Douglas: no free fluid visible. Performed by:Natalie Bruening, RDMS i have these reading and I m currently 8 week pregnant why the volume of the ovaries are different?????

In your case,the size of the right overy is more than the left as there are cysts in your right ovary.
But anyway, many women have one ovary bigger than the other.
